If you’ve ever felt like a chronic job hopper, this episode is for you. If you’ve ever believed the lie that you’re uncommitted, flaky, or restless for not finding your “thing” yet, well you’re in good company.

Long story short, the past decade has been a sometimes-fun, sometimes-stressful series of weird jobs, business ideas, and big moves as I attempted to answer that ever-consuming question: what do I want to do with my life?

In this episode, I share who I am, how I finally fulfilled my dream of moving to California, and why I decided to start this podcast.

In this episode:

  • The unexpected path from graphic design to sorority consulting, and all of the random jobs host, Danielle, had in between

  • How a random Google search led to a life-changing seasonal job in Lake Tahoe

  • The importance of trying new things and defining success on your own terms

  • Debunking the myth that you’re falling behind

  • How "No to Normal" came to be and how future episodes will highlight unconventional career paths and ways of living

You’re not on a timeline. You’re not behind, even if it might feel like that some days
— Danielle, Host
